Our client from Kazakhstan, after numerous attempt of getting an immigrant petition approved, finally received great news from the Texas Service Center notifying her that her I-140 Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker has been approved filed under Premium Processing as an Intructional Coordinator in the field of Education

Our client from Uganda is happy to have an I-140 petition approved at the Nebraska Service Center (NCS). Our client has a strong background in international development and public administration. We received an RFE, and after the RFE, the USCIS Officer approved the petition on the 15th day.
